Aerobic exercises are quite simple and fun drills that are done playfully
Working out with your most-loved music would always be fun and entertaining. There is no other way better than the aerobic exercises to stay fit and active. Include this aerobic exercise routine in your daily activities and enjoy a healthy life.
Just half an hour a day give you a complete
fitness to your body.

Most Important Benefits Of Aerobics:
Increase oxygen and blood circulation in the body.
Raise the metabolic rate and tones the muscles.
Give you a perfect shape.

. A pair of good quality shoes, little space and your favorite high-beat music sets you ready to perform it at home only.

Step 1:
Warming-up Phase: (5 min)
5 minutes of Warming up is necessary before any strenuous activity as it stretches and loosens the body muscles. Warming-up prevents you from injuries due to sudden jerk.

Step 2:
Comprehensive Phase: (20 min)
 The comprehensive phase should last for about 20 minutes. Put on your preferred fast beat music. Start with basic steps and once you are perfect with basics, then you can move to different kinds of dances.
(Not necessarily to work on same steps, you can change every day).

Step 3:
Cooling-down Phase: (5 min)
Put on some slow beat music. Any stretching exercises to relax your body.

Your session is accomplished. Drink a glass of water and hydrate yourself.
